Dulsanius, across the ocean east of Rostilla, is the domain of the God-King, the infallible incarnation of the god Reese.  The God-King rules over his lands with a bloody, unwaivering hand.  There is nothing he cannot do, no law to protect any from his wrath.  The current God-King is Ardashek, who slew his father Ardashevrik this year.  His younger brother Oshan, a magus, has fled the country.

Emigration from Dulsanius is not permitted and few Dulsanians live in Rostilla.  Those that do are generally refugees, people who have displeased the God-King and fled to save their lives.
